To be transparent, something we've debated internally is how we move forward as a business. We have several product launches planned throughout the summer and beyond. We understand it can feel like talking about these launches is the wrong thing to do in the face of all that's happening today.
We've decided that the best way we can make a sustained contribution to this cause is through our 5% pledge for the rest of the year, and by making a concerted effort to amplify diverse voices throughout our community, now more than ever before.
We believe that moving forward with our product launches and staying engaged with you all is the most effective way for us to achieve these goals. So stay tuned!
As a woman-owned and woman-founded company, TIEM has always cared deeply about equality. We have always celebrated diversity in our team and throughout our community in the form of providing a platform for others or coordinating charitable give-backs, but there's so much more work to be done. We're going to make these causes we care so much about a more central and visible part of our mission as a brand.
Beyond what we've outlined in this post and beyond 2020, we're going to make sure you know what we stand for and what we're all about.
If you have any questions, comments, or ideas about these initiatives, we welcome and encourage your input. Contact us or DM us on social.
