    A note about holiday shipping

    For standard ground shipping, our recommendation is to place your order no later than December 13th if purchasing a Christmas gift.

    If you're in the northeast, or not far from it, the shipping timelines are much shorter from our warehouse in MA. The date we're providing above is intended to allow you to be safe in the worst case scenario.

    Expedited shipping options are available, and they generally have more guaranteed timelines, but the potential for delays will exist across the board throughout the holiday season.

    Holiday return policy

    Items purchased now through the end of December are eligible for return or exchange through January 15, 2025 (or for 30 days, whichever is longer).

    Our Return Policy

    TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

    Please note: If you have installed an SPD cleat into your cycling shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has subsequently been removed) as this damages the soleplate.

    Items marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for any form of return or exchange.

    Returns

    If you'd like to return your item(s) for a refund, there is a $5 return shipping charge deducted from the amount of the refund. You'll be provided with a return shipping label as you process your return on our portal.

    Exchanges

    Need a different size? No problem. Exchange your shoes for another pair at no cost using our returns portal.

    Gift Exchanges

    Received TIEMs as a gift but not the color you were hoping for? All good, just start the return process above and we'll get you set up.

    International

    For orders outside of the United States, returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

    Returns

    Please allow 7 business days to process your return or exchange from the date it is received at our warehouse.

    Sure thing. Send us a note and we'll help you sort it out.

    Unfortunately, no. You'll have to reach out to the place of purchase for any returns and exchanges of items not purchased directly on our website.

    If the new item you're selecting is more, you will have the opportunity to pay the difference using our returns portal.

    If the new item you're selecting is less, you'll be provided with store credit for the balance.

    Our self-service return portal and the policy outlined above pertains to our customers in the United States. International returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense.

    Shipping

    Orders placed before 1pm EST usually ship same day. During the holidays and other busy periods, this timeframe can be closer to 1-3 business days.

    We ship to most countries. If you are located outside of the US and are having trouble obtaining a shipping rate at checkout, contact us.

    If you are located in Europe, we recommend shopping tiemathletic.eu or tiemathletic.co.uk for faster and cheaper shipping out of our UK distributor.

    Orders are almost always shipped via UPS, but USPS is used in some cases depending on the items and the destination.
