Women's Cycling Shoe
The Slipstream is a performance cycling shoe that doesn't sacrifice the style and comfort of your favorite pair of sneakers. With its breathable mesh toe box, slip-on construction, and single-strap closure system, it's the most comfortable shoe you'll ever wear to class. SPD cleats sold separately.

With that said, the design of the shoes means that they are much easier to walk in while off the bike, so whether it’s walking around your studio/gym or walking down the street from your home, the shoes are going to serve that purpose just fine (although while walking outdoors, you will hear and feel the cleat hitting the pavement to a degree - this will not cause any damage to the cleats). Some people also perform some light weightlifting or TRX training in the shoes before or after a ride.
The one thing you definitely can’t expect to do in the shoes is run. Since the shoe is designed for cycling, there is a stiff plate underfoot for transfer of force while pedaling. Of course, running shoes are designed to be extremely flexible underfoot for a reason, so you’re not going to want to run in any cycling shoes.
